2. How long should it take to sell my home?
In a normal market with your home priced appropriately it can take approximately 3 months to sell. If it takes longer you must look at the market conditions, and more specifically, the price you have your home advertised. Most seller feel their home is worth more than it really is. 4. I have my information on the listing but I can't upload the pictures. What am I doing wrong?
Most of the time a problem loading pictures is due to the files being too large. Keep your pictures at 600X400 and make sure they are jpg. files. If you are still having problems email the pictures to me at ttaestates@charter.net along with your username and password and I'll upload them to your listing.
5. How long can I list on Lake Ozarks FSBO?
That depends on the listing package you purchase. A Free Listing is 30 days. A Basic Listing for $99. which runs for 6 months. A Premium Listing stays active until your home sells or you take it down.
6. How can we find out the market value of our home?
A Certified Appraiser is your best resource in finding out what your home is worth. They are experts and have access to all the sales information in your area. If you are not ready to pay the $200 to $400 for a certified appraisal you can get an online appraisal using Instant On-Line Appraiser .
7. I am not very good on the computer, will you help me get my home listed on your website?
