Creating an Owner Account
1. Go to lakeozarksfsbo.com
2. To create an account, click on "Register", located on Top/middle of Home Page.
3. Choose a Username and Password and fill out required fields. Click "Submit".
4. To Log in to your new account, Click on "Log in/out", located next to "Register" on Home Page.
5. Enter your Username and Password. Click "Log In".
Creating a New Listing
1. To create a listing, Log in to account. On your "Admin" Page, Click on "Create New Listing".
2. Choose the Property Class that best describes your property. Click "Submit".
3. Next, fill in all the information that is associated with your Property. At the very bottom of the page Click "Submit".
4. In order for your listing to be visible to the public, it must be activated.
Activating your Property
1. To activate your property, go to your "Admin" Page.
2. Choose "Edit My Listings".
3. You will see a current list of your properties.
Under the listing number, Choose "Activate/Renew Listing".
4. Select Listing Term you desire. If you choose the Free Listing Option, Click on "Submit Order" and then Click "Submit".(If you choose either the Basic or Premium Listings, you will Click on the PayPal Symbol after clicking "Submit Order" to set up a Pay Pal Account. Once you have set up your PayPal Account and paid the listing fee, Click on "Return to Dave Huffman". Your Property will be Automatically Activated.
Editing your property/Adding Pictures
1. To edit your Property and add pictures, go to your "Admin" Page.
2. Choose "Edit My Listings".
3. Choose "Modify Listing".
4. To the left of the screen, click "Edit Images".
5. Click Browse, and search for pictures to add to your listing. You can choose up to Ten pictures per property. The maximum image width cannot exceed 720.
6. The first picture you choose will be the thumbnail that advertises your property when potential renters scroll through the properties.
7. On the Editing Page, you will find a "Featured Listing" option. You can Feature your property by choosing "Yes", Click "Submit" at the bottom of page.
Creating a Google Map
1. To create a Google map you must find the latitude and longitude of your property. To do this go to
2. Put the address of your property in the search box.
3. Double click on the exact location of the property.
This will center your location on the map.
4. Click on Link to this Page, located to the upper right of screen.
5. You will notice that the URL in you address bar will change to something like
6. The first long number (in this case 37.120906) is the latitude and the second long number (in this case-3.22998) is the longitude.
7. Once you figure the coordinates for the property, go back to "Edit My Listings" under your Admin. Account.
8. Once you find the property the coordinates belong to, Click "Modify Listing".
9. Put in the latitude and longitude and update.
